Albert Barnes MCIH
With a long career at a senior level in Housing , Albert is experienced in all aspects of housing management. He has particular expertise in customer service delivery, resident participation, policy development, project management and complaint resolution. Albert oversees the day to day running of The JDI Partnership, supporting James and Amanda with their site work. He is also a complaints and ASB accreditation assessor for HouseMark.
Albert is a voluntary board member for a specialist housing association in Bournemouth.

Amanda Harris
Amanda Harris has more than 25 years experience of setting up and running Call Centre, Technical Support and Customer Services functions within both the private and public sectors. Since 2001 Amanda has specialised in Social Housing where she has gained a wide knowledge of housing issues, practices and procedures.
James Tickell, of Campbell Tickell acknowledges Amanda as “the top call centre consultant working for housing associations”.

James Holland
James Holland is a dedicated social housing IT professional with extensive experience of systems administration and management. He is skilled in business process re-engineering and the use of IT to deliver business efficiency. James is expert in the development of asset and stock condition database structures. He advises clients in their use to deliver accurate costing and management reporting to meet financial, statutory and regulatory requirements
