Case Study: Contact Centre Team Development

Somerset based ALMO, Homes in Sedgemoor wanted to bring their call handling in house, having previously made use of the council’s call centre. Having formed the team they looked for expert help to develop it and meet the service expectations of their customers.
Amanda was engaged as Interim Customer Services Manager for a 4 month period. During this time she worked closely with staff across the organisation to deliver the “one stop shop” Homes in Sedgemoor required.
