skills and abilities of candidates against a set
of pre-determined 'competencies' required for the
job. Research
confirms that competency-based assessment centres
provide the most accurate predictor of an individual’s
future performance, and a better chance of making
the right staff appointment first time. The competencies

Our assessment exercises are purpose-designed to
the job requirements and allow you to observe candidates
as they take on work-related tasks. All of the exercises
are delivered and assessed by qualified and experienced
practitioners assuring you of a quality service.
Subject to the type of post, assessment centres
normally last one or two days.
We can train your staff to carry out your own assessment
centres and can be on hand thereafter if required
to provide support, both with their design and delivery.
