James Holland

An IT professional for more than 10 years, James has considerable experience of delivering systems support and business improvements to a large semi-national housing association, managing a range of business systems for 250 users.

His skill and knowledge has been used to good effect in challenging and improving working practices when implementing new business software. James’ prime driver is to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency by undertaking business process review in tandem with the implementation of software packages to meet operational, strategic and regulatory needs.

Recent work has led to the successful delivery of an integrated package of rents, repairs, assets and customer relationship management software. James has qualifications in business information technology and SQL administration and is skilled in IBM Universe, Excel and Windows Server 2003/Windows XP. He also has a working knowledge of Citrix metaframe, and TCP/IP networking.
