Cottsway Housing asked us to carry out a review of their gas management procedures. We did so through a mix of desktop review of relevant documents and site work where we spoke to the staff involved at all levels of the function. We also looked at their computer processes. We were able to recommend a number of improvements. These were adopted by the organisation and led to both time and cash savings and a better service to its residents.
