Case Study: Group Attribute Structure

The issue faced by the Bromford Housing Group was how to agree a common attribute and costing structure that would be acceptable to each of the three group members, Bromford Living, Fosseway Living and HomeZone Living. This was to be instrumental in moving the Group members to a common housing software platform (MIS-AMS SQL ActiveH).
Bromford had used us before to help with its CRM implementation. Aware of our expertise in the MIS-AMS housing system they called us in. Our approach was firstly to review Bromford Living’s current attribute structure and to make recommendations for a new attribute structure. Our recommendations for improvement were accepted and the required changes put in place. We were then in a position to demonstrate the new attribute structure to the other members of the group and facilitate discussions that led to unanimous agreement, not only of the attribute structure but of the associated cost structure too.
